My love of cooking started when…

I was eighteen years old and I decided to take culinary classes in Florence, Italy. I received a certificate from Le Cordon Bleu in Florence. When I came home I couldn’t stop making pizza. Since then, I became vegan but I still make vegan pizza from scratch every so often. I fell in love with cooking all over again after becoming vegan. Cooking vegan allows me to be much more creative than before. I love sharing food with others. I love learning new recipes and sharing those recipes (hint: I will send you recipes if you sign up for me email list).

In 2018 I was hired as a chef to cook at my first two retreats (11 people, 3 meals a day, 8 days). It was a great experience and a success. Everyone loved the food and they didn’t mind eating vegan/vegetarian for a week. I look forward to more experiences like that. Please contact me if you’d like to hire me to cook at your next retreat or hire me as a private chef!

Testimonial

I have hired Eden to cook for me on two week-long yoga retreats and can not say enough good things about Eden and her work! All of the food that she makes is beautiful, delicious, and full of love. She was able to accommodate all of the dietary needs and preferences of our retreat group (gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc.). Eden uses whole, unprocessed, fresh foods in her recipes and is able to make vegan cooking both nourishing and delicious! In addition to her cooking, Eden has so many other talents like singing, playing guitar, making art, leading meditation, and teaching yoga which she generously shared with our retreat groups. Eden is a joy to work with and everyone on our retreats always loves her food and her personality. I will definitely hire Eden for future events and yoga retreats!
