This Vinyasa style class is open to beginners to intermediate yogis. This class aims to integrate breath with movement. In this class you can expect to practice and learn meditation techniques, body awareness, and introspection. You can expect a slow but strong workout with lots of room for relaxation. This class will leave you feeling invigorated, grounded, relaxed, and peaceful.
