- Voice Lessons -

Want to learn how to open your voice and be more comfortable while singing? I teach how to sing from an embodied place. It’s possible to feel peace, relaxation, connection and ease while singing. We will work with releasing blocks that might come up around using the voice. Fun exercises, warm ups, and somatic guidance are included. You are courageous to choose to work with the voice! I acknowledge you being here and considering this journey :).

- Songwriting Lessons -

Do you struggle with connecting with emotions and organizing them into a complete song? I love helping people write songs! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned pro. I have 11+ years of songwriting experience and have learned from some of the greats (Adrianne Lenker from Big Thief and Jenner Fox, etc.). Songwriting is a deeply personal and healing tool in my life. It’s a way of processing emotions and creating an artwork that helps you and others heal. Songwriting is a beautiful and precious gift. I’d love to guide you in your songwriting journey!

- Guitar Skills -

Looking to upgrade your skills on guitar? I teach beginner to intermediate. Looking to learn new strumming patterns, picking patterns, rhythm, new styles, how to sing and play at the same time… etc.

A combination session (pick 2 or 3 from above) !

Yoga Lessons

I offer private yoga lessons specially catered to you (or for you and a friend)!

Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Breath-work, Yoga Nidra, Mantra or combination sessions (online or in-person) that will leave you feeling relaxed, centered, and refreshed. I will cater the class to what you need: more relaxation, more energy in the middle of your day, more movement, more stretching, etc. We will develop a class that perfectly assists you in what you need to stay healthy, centered, and relaxed. I've been teaching public and private yoga classes for five years now and I love it! I've completed hundreds of hours of trainings, including two 200 hour teacher trainings and many more trainings of varied focus. You will gain access to ask questions and be guided by a highly experienced yoga instructor.
