This Gentle flow class is open to those wanting a relaxing and rejuvenating break from work. Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. In this class we will focus on integrating breath with gentle body movements, light stretching and strengthening of muscles, and a lot of resting poses. Class will start with a short meditation to build focus, followed by gentle movement, and finishing with a long relaxation sequence. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, peaceful, and ready to go back to work or home for a relaxing evening.
